NPA offers training classes throughout the year that are unique to our industry. These classes are held at our laboratory facility located in Burlington, MA (about 15 miles NW of Boston). Each Class is a 2-day session. Attendees experience both classroom instruction as well as laboratory demonstrations, along with a visit to a sheet fed and web offset printing plant. A comprehensive notebook of the class material is provided for each attendee along with a certificate of completion.

After spending these two intensive days learning about inks, fountain solutions, paper and board properties and troubleshooting techniques, students go back to their jobs in the paper and printing fields with a better understanding of how these materials interact and affect the success of a printing job.

The classes are taught by Nancy Plowman and Jeff Jacques and are limited to 20 people. The cost of the seminar is $900 per person. We provide a continental breakfast and lunch both days.

Testimonial

"The NPA seminar for printing and paper analysis was the most informative seminar that I have attended in my 17 years of being in the paper business. The NPA Group provided the attendees with unique demonstrations and procedures for solving common problems in the printing and paper converting business. NPA uses the most advanced techniques and unmatched experience to provide answers to questions that cannot be resolved by employing in-plant assets. We have been using NPA as a consultant for over twenty years and have never been disappointed."
